Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for purchases made on Pluto, operated by Dhi Mantra LLP ("Dhi Mantra", "we", "us").

1. One-time purchases (modules, bundles, certificates, depth upgrades)

• If you're not satisfied with a one-time purchase (a single module, the whole-package bundle, a module depth-upgrade, or a final-exam certificate fee), you can request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date, provided the purchased content has not been substantially completed (e.g. the module's lessons have not been finished or the certificate has not already been issued).
• To request a refund, email info@dhimantra.com with your registered phone number/email and the order details (product purchased, approximate date, and amount).
• We review each request and respond within 2 business days.

2. Sparky Mentor subscription (recurring billing)

• The Sparky Mentor AI-mentor subscription can be cancelled at any time from the app (Settings → Subscription → Cancel) or by emailing info@dhimantra.com.
• Cancelling stops future billing, but the current billing cycle is not refunded — access continues until the end of the cycle you've already paid for, and no further charge is made after that.
• A one-time Sparky credit top-up (not the recurring subscription) follows the same 7-day one-time-purchase rule in Section 1 above, provided the credits have not been substantially used.

3. How refunds are processed

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout, via our payment gateway.
• We do not store your card or bank details — refunds are initiated by us but processed by the payment gateway, which typically takes 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
• We don't charge any cancellation fee for requests made within the eligible window above.

4. Non-refundable situations

• Purchases where the content (module lessons, certificate) has already been substantially completed or issued.
• Requests made after the 7-day window in Section 1.
• The already-billed portion of a Sparky Mentor subscription cycle, per Section 2.
